Abstract:In order to discuss the control measures of the structure noise of the elevated bridge, a model test system of 1/10 was designed and manufactured based on the 32m ballastless track box girder structure of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway. By laying TD09 high performance damping plate on the lower flange and web of box girder respectively, the model test of structural noise reduction under multiple working conditions was carried out. The results show that: The peak frequency band of the elevated track box girder structure is 200~1000Hz, and the damping plate has a certain noise reduction effect in the peak frequency band. The noise reduction effect of the damping plate on the bridge structure is related to the laying position of the damping plate, and it has certain application value in the bridge structure noise control. At the peak frequency of 500 Hz, damping plate laying on the flange plate has the best effect on reducing the noise on the lower side of the flange plate, about 1.6 dB (A); damping plate laid on Web has the best effect on noise reduction at the bottom, about 3.8 dB (A); The noise reduction effect of the bottom plate is the best when damper plates are laid on the web and flange plates simultaneously, about 3dB (A).
