Abstract:Here, to solve the problem of traditional stochastic resonance having fixed parameters or only optimizing a single parameter, a parameter synchronous optimization stochastic resonance method was proposed.Firstly, a real large signal was preprocessed with frequency shift and scale variation to make the signal conform to the condition of small parameter.Then, system parameters were synchronously optimized using state transition stochastic resonance.Finally, the optimal extraction of early weak fault features was realized through frequency recovery.Simulation and tests of high-speed train traction drive system hardware in the loop fault injection platform showed that the proposed method can effectively detect weak fault signals from strong background noise; the results of weak signal extraction and fault diagnosis verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
