Abstract:Abstract: This paper presents a strategy to eliminate synchronous vibration of rotor system online. The solution utilizes electromagnetic actuator to generate synchronous rotating electromagnetic force, and the electromagnetic force is applied to rotor synchronous unbalance vibration suppression in the rotor vibration monitoring of the plane. In this research, rotor synchronous vibration and electromagnetic controllable characteristics are analyzed firstly, and then, theoretical analysis on the rotor system is done also. Based on these analyses, an optimal control model was designed, in which rotor vibration response is regarded as control target and the amplitude and phase of coil current are regarded as optimal parameters. And current phase complete period search algorithm was proposed. Simulation is carried out. At last the test equipment is established to be used to experimental study. The experimental results show the proposed algorithm is effective for unbalance synchronous vibration suppression.
