Abstract:In order to command the vibration characteristic of the rotating blades at different speed, the blades vibration testing experiment has been taken by BTT (blade-tip-timing) system. Speed-vector-end-tracking method based on varying speed measurement is analyzed in theory. And a new method for identifying blades synchronous vibration is designed. The method is applied on a certain model of aerial equipment to do measuring experiment. The vibration parameters such as engine-order, dynamic frequency, amplitude and damp coefficient have been identified exactly. The identifying repeatability error of the frequency and amplitude are up to 0.0072Hz and 5.7um. Blade Campbell diagram has been drawn correctly. The experiment identified results are in accord with the designed results of the blade in theory.
