Abstract:A kind of 2 DOF nonlinear torsional vibration tion of rolling mill which considers iffness and nonlinear friction damping is esta under load torque of motor is studied. Firstly the equivalent ation under load torque of moto n. Then the main resonance amplitude-frequency equation by averaging method, and transition set of system and its ngularity theory. At last, according to actual parameters of g mill, the amplitude frequency resonance characteristics under different nonlinear factors are studied and torsional vibration of ror is obtained by means of coordinate transformatioof system under external periodic excitation is obtaineddifferent bifurcation behaviors are analyzed by using sidynamic equan onlinearst blished, and the vibration racteristics of equation torsional vibration equrollin the instability conditions of self-excited vibration are elicited. The results supply theoretical bases for suppressing lling mill.
