Abstract:Abstract:The finite element calculating model of a power turbine rotor of a turbine shaft engine is set up in this paper. The dynamic characteristics of the rotor,such as critical speeds,are systematically calculated and anylyzed. The dynamic characteristics and high speed dynamic balance experiment research of the rotor are finished. The curves of vibration amplitude versus speed before and after high speed dynamic balance and other states are measured,balance operation are advanced all over the specified operating speed. The research results show that the calculating model can reflects the real situation of the rotor and the balance effect is very ideal. A critical technique during model development is surmounted by this paper.
