Abstract:Alignment control strategy is studied to ensure the shaft alignment precision when air spring is used in marine propulsion engine vibration isolation. A model of alignment response analysis is presented. Pseudo-sensitivity analysis method is put forward to resolve the difficulty of gaining accurate calculation input parameters. Alignment control strategy is worked out with the results of pseudo-sensitivity matrix. Using this control strategy, the control system has high alignment control precision, good dynamic performance and uniform load distribution under multi-objects condition.
