Abstract:Abstract: According to the demand of non-angular isolation for a certain of optical pod, the new type of inner and outer shock absorbers which could limit the angular displacement between the base and load were designed. And the stiffness and damping of the absorbers were calculated, the vibration isolation system which the two absorbers were reasonably placed was also be designed. The three-dimensional models of the absorbers and the system were built by using the software of SOLIDWORKS, then the simulation of the system was done by using ADAMS/vibration, the frequency response curves were obtained,and the optimal stiffness and damping were also obtained by the simulation optimization, The results show that the new system not only has the same stiffness in three directions, but also can remove the line vibration coupling and the relative angular displacement between the load and base.
