Abstract:The new rotary piezoelectricity inertia motor,that utilizes the piezoelectric bimorphs as the drive components and electrical signal with the saw-tooth wave to produce the inertia impulse. This paper studies the piezoelectric inertial motor vibrator impact forced response inspired by the pzt components. Deduced the voltage response equation of piezoelectric element ends and the piezoelectric vibrator-beam impact forced response equation. Analyzed the excitation signal frequency to the end of vibrator-beam influence under work modle. Meanwhile, Analyzed the end of vibrator-beam response law under different duty cycles of excitation signal, as well as the impact of structural parameters to the motor. Analyzed the effective way of Improving motor drive torque.
