Abstract:In order to solve the decoupling problem of quadratic vibration system,giving the condition of diagonalizable quadratic vibration system and its corresponding proof, and isospectral construction decoupling algorithm is proposed in this paper. Numerical experiment is presented to verify accuracy of decoupling condition and realize isospectral decoupling of a two-degree-of-freedom mass-spring system and compare its eigenvalues with decoupling approximation. The results show that the decoupling method is simple and the decoupled system is isospectral as original system, and decoupling condition adapted to all the quadratic vibration system with nonsingular leading coefficient.
