Abstract:The vibration characteristics of megawatt level wind turbine gearbox have a direct impact on the usability of the entire wind turbine due to its extreme working conditions. And a special wind turbine gearbox structure is presented in this research. Also, the method of remote real-time online vibration test is analyzed and a remote online dynamic test system is performed to test its vibration characteristics and an evaluation is presented. Results show that the main frequencies of vibration of wind turbine focus on mesh frequencies and their multiple-frequencies of output stage and middle-class transmission. Besides, the RMS of vibration of torque-arm is the largest, reaching 1.79mm/s, the vibration level of gearbox reaches A. These provide the basis data for the design and dynamic optimization of megawatt level wind turbine gearbox.
