Abstract:In this paper, by means of improved AR method, the simulation program for the velocity-time history of the pulsating wind is composed and used to a cable dome structure. The effect of fluid-structure interaction is considered in the dynamic equilibrium equation, the time-history response of the wind vibration for cable dome structure is obtained. Through the analyses for computational results of the nodal displacement response and the cable force response, some wind-induced vibration coefficients in the time-domain method are given and compared to that in the frequency-domain method. Then some useful results and conclusions are given.
