The frequency dispersion equation of Lamb-like wave is derived for submerged elastic cylindrical shell, and the phase velocity and group velocity dispersion curves are obtained, it is calculated for propagation trajectory of Lamb-like wave and time relationships between edge wave and elastic scattered wave. Echos of submerged elastic cylindrical shell are measured in experiment, which shows strong elastic scattering wave was found in the case of low radiation efficiency and critical angle relations, time relationships are also verified.
