Abstract:Focusing on work conditions and functional requirements of ZYWL-6000D Full Hydraulic Directional Drilling Rig, it gives the overall structure design scheme of the drilling rig which is the hydraulic system composed by single motor and multi-Actuator. In the hydraulic system, feed hydraulic circuit and rotary hydraulic circuit adopt load sensing pump control technology and two low-pressure valve technology. In order to study on the performance that the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system impacts on drilling rig ,dynamic simulation model of feed hydraulic circuit and rotary hydraulic circuit are established and simulated by using Matlab SimHydraulics .The results show that the designed drilling rig hydraulic system has good functionality of overload protection and energy-saving, and presents a good dynamic performance. The research also lays the foundation for drilling performance optimization .
