Abstract:We apply the linear Radon transformation to the separating clearance test system of automatic brake adjuster to get the separating clearance in this paper.The linear Radon transformation is widely used to extract inflection points of online test system, especially under the noise conditions. Traditional methods like the gradient maximum optimal method, widely used in industry areas. However, since they are sensitive to the noise signal, those traditional methods are hardly to identify the inflection points from the online test curve with noise signal. Compared with the linear Radon transformation, tradition methods have a less accuracy of inflection points extraction when applied in the online test system. The experimental results show that the computational error of the linear Radon transformation is over 10 times lower than the gradient maximum optimal method. In addition, the separation extractive technology has been successfully used in Hangzhou Wolei tech. Co., LTD.
