Non-destructive Measurement of Active Force in Human-Weapon System

This paper proposes a measurement method of active griping force in order to obtain the human griping force under continuous firing. Based on bionics and ergonomics,a bionic grip is designed to equally supersede human hand. The bionic grip can measure the equivalent forces system of human-weapon forces system without destroying the weapon. The explicit active griping force components can be emerged after the equivalent forces system is processed by EMD. The active griping force data are significant for studying the affecting factors of firing accuracy. Experimental result shows that the proposed measurement method can accurately reflect the forces of human-weapon system under continuous firing.
