Study of manganese nodules pump operation on the vibration influence of lifting pipe

Abstract:In order to investigate the vibration influence of manganese nodules pump operation on lifting pipe, the vibration test system of lifting pipe has been set up in the lab, the torsion and flexural vibration has been analysed and the vibration characteristic of the pipe has been measured. The research results show that, during pump operation, the pipe system as a dynamic system, not only produce static force, but also exiting pipe vibration, the dynamic load is higher more than static load (the amplitude magnification coefficient M=6.75), the experiment spectrum peak of changes with the pump speed is accord primarily with the theoretical analysis.
