Dynamic effect of SH wave on interface circular cavity in half space

Abstract:The analytic solutions and distribution law for dynamic stress of interface circular cavity in bi-material vertical half-space on SH wave were obtained using the methods of image and ideas of partitioning –conjunction. The analysis results demonstrate that the purpose of reducing hole edge dynamic stress can be achieved by properly avoiding the large wave number, high incident wave number and SH-waves incident in vertical angle appear simultaneously.
