Abstract:On basis of combining finite element method and dynamics of flexible multibody systems, the paper tries to propose a new contact dynamic model and simulation method on ball bearing with the effect of clearance, multi-body contact, deformation of inner and outer, friction, centrifugal force and speed. Apply the contact dynamic model and numerical simulation to research on contact vibration and dynamic response of contact force, relative displacement, acceleration, deformation of inner and outer, contact stress in axial section and radial plane of inner and outer. It verifies the vary deformation vibration of ball bearing due to the number of balls changing from n to n+1 in the load area. The new dynamic model and simulation results of ball bearing provide valuable theoretical basis and data for dynamic design of the bearing systems of machine with the purpose of vibration.
