Abstract:ABSTRACT:Based on the nonlinear dynamics theory, the model of high-speed rotor-bearing system with rub-impact is studied. The vibration characteristic of rubbing rotor-bearing system with journal bearing supports is educed. The effect of eccentric distance parameter is studied on the system vibration characteristic. The system response is gained by using of the numerical integral method for the dynamics model of rotor-bearing system with rubbing fault. The change law of system response along with rotate speed and eccentric distance is studied by using of response curve, bifurcation curve, waterfall figure. This study has important significance for diagnosing effectively the rotor rub-impact fault with journal bearing supports, reducing fault ratio and improving the dynamics characteristic of the rotor system.
