Abstract:Based on the principle of analytical method, simulating rotor system of Large—scale Turbo-generator is designed, signals are collected by using the simulating rotor system through eight channels. Phase spectrums collected both in horizontal and perpendicular directions are decomposed separately, then composed into two-dimensions and three-dimensions holospectrum and Holobalancing Technique according to different frequencies. As the result of analyzing the Holospectrum, the goal of diagnosis analysis of rotor system is achieved, result is satisfied. As can be seen, Holospectrum and Holobalancing Technique can not only offer vibration signals of revolving machinery diagnosis in the field of diagnosing Analysis. It is meaning in diagnosing turbo-generator.
