Abstract:According to the safety reliability problems of the quayside container crane under earthquake action, the anti-seismic reliability analysis of limited state is put forward. The distribution regularities and statistical parameters of random variables were clarified by means of random description of earthquake parameters and mechanical properties. The mechanical model of quayside container crane was founded by adopting FEM software ANSYS. In virtue of the time-history analysis theory, the calculation of limited state bearing force was completed. The reliability model was established by dint of structure reliability theory. The anti-seismic reliability based on Monte-Carlo method simulation method was applied to practical analysis. The results show that the overall structure is relatively stable, but the reliability index of the frame side beams and land column junction is relatively low and thus the failure possibility exists. Compared to permissible stress design, limited state method is more reasonable.
