As a mobile autonomous ocean observation platform, the AUV (autonomous underwater vehicle) has the advantage of long endurance, large range and being free from sea condition. Its integration with turbulence sensors can realize the four-dimensional observation of turbulence mixing in space and time, which provides a new way to reveal the role of turbulence mixing in the evolution of multi-scale dynamic process.Focusing on the vibration noise on the AUV turbulence measurement platform, the work bases on the principle of turbulence measurement, analyzes the influence of vibration noise on turbulence measurement, as well as identifies the source and characteristics of the vibration noise on the AUV.In order to reduce the vibration noise on the AUV and improve the measurement accuracy of turbulence, a flexible connection vibration damping method based on an extension spring was proposed, and the corresponding vibration test was carried out.By comparing and analyzing the time-frequency domain characteristics of the vibration acceleration before and after adding vibration damping, the results show that the effective value and energy of the vibration acceleration are significantly reduced, especially when the vibration is above 54 Hz, the reduction rate is more than 64%, which verifies the validity of the method.
