解耦液压悬置建模及时域仿真研究

Abstract

A physics model of decoupling hydraulic engine mount (HEM) with the nonlinear characteristics of rubber and hydraulic component was proposed in this paper.The simulation and test results demonstrate that the proposed model can efficiently describe both frequency-dependent and amplitude-dependent dynamic characteristics of decoupling HEM.The influences of decoupling plate and inertia channel on dynamic characteristics of decoupling HEM under different excitation amplitude were investigated as well.A vehicle dynamic model of 13 DOF with decoupled HEM was established, and the time domain responses of the system under the condition of road excitation were comparatively analyzed and verified by vehicle experiment.Finally, an optimization scheme of the hydraulic mount was proposed to reduce the vibration of powertrain.The results show that the peak-to-peak values of the vibration acceleration of the engine mount and the gearbox mount calculated by simulation differ only 4.5% and 12% from the test results respectively, and the 13-DOF model is well validated.After the optimization, the peak-to-peak value of vibration acceleration at the decoupling HEM attenuates to 40% of the initial state, and the optimization effect is obvious.The study method of this paper provides valuable reference for the design and matching of decoupled HEM.
