Abstract In order to explore the change law of the burst power of rod fusion jet, a local composite mask structure was designed on the basis of the combination of the test verification and numerical simulation.The results show that the local double-layer compound polymer loading structure can effectively improve the penetration depth of the forming injection than the single-layer drug mask.According to the power index of the original loading structure, the overall jet forming shape and the jet forming speed are improved by adjusting the auxiliary cover wall thickness and the core angle structure parameters. Both of the power requirements of the opening aperture can be taken into account under the premise of increasing the depth of penetration.The conclusion can provide reference for the design of warhead structural power.
