Abstract Parameter sensitivity expression excited by random excitation were presented with the theory of decoupled in state space, Kronecker algebra, matrix differential and pseudo-excitation method. According to the parameter sensitivity caculation result and requirment of actual engineering, the ride comfort of ligth-duty truck model was optimized with MATLAB. Meanwhile the optimization included linear and nonlinear constraint condition.
