The influence of rolling lubrication to the self-excited vibration of rolling mill main drive system |

Abstract order to research mechanism of self-excited vibration in rolling process of hot strip mill F2 rolling mill production,and how to eliminate the self-excited vibration of rolling mill.The main drive system of rolling mill is simplified into two equal to the natural frequency of single degree of freedom system.Establish nonlinear dynamical equations of a single degree of freedom twist main drive system vibration model .Progressive method using nonlinear dynamical equations, and the results of simulation analysis,draw the following conclusions: due to the unstable rolling lubrication cause friction rolling deformation zone declined cause negative damping phenomenon,resulting in self-excited vibration mill.Through the field test and theoretical analysis can be found: Reasonable changes dynamic viscosity in rolling lubricating liquid and rolling speed can avoid negative damping rolling system,this has important implications for the elimination of the self-excited vibration mill.
