基于转子感应电流影响的轧机主传动机电耦合系统参激振动机理研究

Abstract

Aimed at the problem that electromechanical coupling model of the rolling mill main drive system is complex and it is not easy to be established, Considering the magnetoelectric energy change in the asynchronous motor, using ac motor electromagnetic torque mechanical properties analysis, and the nonlinear factors of air friction, a electromechanical coupling model of ac motor-rolling mill main drive system is established. By means of a multiple-scales method，the existence and stability of periodic solutions for a first order approximation close to the main parametric resonance are investigated. Bifurcations of the system and regions of chaotic solutions are found. And the impacts of the rotor induction current angular frequency on the rolling mill electromechanical coupling nonlinear parametric excitation resonance are analyzed by the Poincare mapping method．Phase plan, poincare section and the maximum Lyapunov index. The results show that rotor induced current angular frequency is an important factor lead to vibration. When the rotor induced current frequency changes, the rolling mill system forms of exercise from the chaotic motion to a periodic motion variations, eventually become chaotic motion. A conclusion can be given that the chaotic motion of the rolling mill system can be effectively avoided by stable rotor induction motor frequency. The research results provided new ideas for the further research and control of the main drive system of the rolling mill.
