爆破扰动松软煤层对巷道围岩稳定性的影响

Abstract

The application of blasting technology is more and more widely with increase in mining depth in coal mines, but coal and gas outburst accidents caused by blasting in soft coal seams can’t be ignored. In order to study mechanical characteristics of blast disturbing soft coal seams and effects of blasting vibration on stability of roadway surrounding rock, taking coal and gas outburst induced by blast disturbing soft coal seams in roadway excavation as engineering background, a blasting simulation test system was set up in a laboratory according to the similarity theory. The mechanical features of samples were monitored with an ultra-dynamic strain gauge, and effects of blasting on roadway stability were explored with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. It was shown that when a blasting hole from rock layer enters soft coal seam, a crushing and throwing process similar to outburst is produced under the existing test conditions; blasting crack propagation is the essential cause of roadway surrounding rock failure, and the existence of soft coal seam aggravates damage level of roadway surrounding rock to make cracks of roadway surrounding rock further expand and develop; under the condition of next blasting with a large charge, many holes and multi-blast in a coal mine, the cumulative damage of blasting vibration ultimately affects the roadway stability. The study achievements have important theoretical values to reveal the mechanism of coal and gas outburst induced by blast disturbing tectonic zone coal rock.
