Abstract With the increasing importance of the function of the shipboard pipelines, anti-shock resistance has been paid more and more attention.In order to understand the dynamic response characteristics of typical components in pipelines, a space pipelines for TA2 materials was designed and established.Under four identical standard checking conditions which contain different pipe clamp type and position were tested on an impact tester.The test results show that the flange has great influence on the impact response of pipelines.The vibration and shock resistance of pipelines can be reduced by using elastic pipe clamps and arranging position.The conclusion provides the basis for optimal design of the shock resistance of the pipelines.
