摘要
在方程分析法相似原则的基础上,设计出大型汽轮发电机的模拟转子系统,用该转子系统对信号进行多通道采集,然后分别将采集信号的水平和垂直幅频图进行分解,分解后按不同阶次进行组合得到二维和三维全息谱图,对得到的全息谱图进行分析,从而达到对系统进行故障诊断的目的,分析结果令人满意。可见,全息谱图可以丰富旋转机械故障诊断系统知识库中的的振动特征信息,对于更准确地诊断发电设备中的故障具有一定意义。
Abstract
Based on the principle of analytical method, simulating rotor system of Large—scale Turbo-generator is designed, signals are collected by using the simulating rotor system through eight channels. Phase spectrums collected both in horizontal and perpendicular directions are decomposed separately, then composed into two-dimensions and three-dimensions holospectrum and Holobalancing Technique according to different frequencies. As the result of analyzing the Holospectrum, the goal of diagnosis analysis of rotor system is achieved, result is satisfied. As can be seen, Holospectrum and Holobalancing Technique can not only offer vibration signals of revolving machinery diagnosis in the field of diagnosing Analysis. It is meaning in diagnosing turbo-generator.
