摘要

针对柴油机故障特征提取问题,提出了一种基于连续小波变换时频分布奇异谱的缸盖振动信号特征提取方法。复Morlet小波变换的时频分布矩阵能从时频两域表征缸盖振动信号的局部特征和能量分布,结合奇异值分解理论将时频分布矩阵分解成能够简捷反映时频分布基本特征的奇异值序列,并运用类内类间可分离性判据对奇异值特征子集进行优选和分析,解决时频分布信息的降维和有效特征参数的提取,试验分析验证了该方法提取的特征具有较好的抗噪声干扰能力和可区分度。

Abstract

A fault feature extraction method of engine vibration signal based on Time-frequency distribution and Singular value spectrum was proposed. The time-frequency distribution based on Complex Morlet wavelet transform can describe both the local feature and energy distribution. With Singular value decomposition, the time-frequency distribution matrix would be decomposed as singular value series which can forthright describe the basic time-frequency characters. With the feature extraction and feature selection based on separability evaluation, the time-frequency information was dimensionality reduction and the efficiency features were extracted. The test results illustrate that the features extracted by the mentioned techniques have the capacity of anti-noise-interference and enhanced sort separability.
