摘要

为提高机枪的射击精度,需要对机枪枪架的结构参数进行优化设计。基于CAE软件的结构优化有其自身的局限性,所以提出了一种新的优化方法,即联合应用BP网络和遗传算法。本文以此为基础,根据机枪有限元模型,对枪架结构参数进行了优化设计,结果表明:BP网络和遗传算法相结合的方式可适用于多设计变量的枪架参数优化设计,为其它复杂结构的参数优化提供了新的思路。

Abstract

The structural of machine-gun mount should be optimized to improve firing accuracy. There is some limitation in structural optimization based on CAE software, so a new method that combines BP neural networks with genetic algorithms is presented. The structural of machine-gun mount is optimized in this paper based on the method and finite element of machine gun. The result shows that the new method can be used in multi- variables of machine-gun mount’s optimization, and it supplies a new method for other complex structure’s optimization.
