摘要

根据岩石SHPB试验中应力波在弹性杆和岩样内的透反射规律,给出了利用反射系数和应力波在试样间来回传播最低次数获得应力差相对值的查值表。根据反射系数和具体实验中对应力差相对值的要求,利用该表可以直接查询应力波在岩样内传播达到应力平衡的最小传播次数。在此基础上,通过考察岩石密度、波速与最小传播次数之间的关系,认为岩石的波速对反射系数和岩样最大长度有很明显的影响。研究结果表明,岩石波速和岩样最大长度之间存在二次函数关系式。在对岩石进行SHPB实验前,可以通过测试岩石的波速,并根据二次函数关系式,计算得到岩样所允许的最大长度,为具体试验条件下确定岩石试样尺寸提供了一种参考方法。

Abstract

According to the transmission-reflection laws of stress waves between elastic bar with rock sample in rock SHPB tests,a look-up table to obtain the relative stress difference value was given by using the reflection coefficient and the back-forth communication number of stress wave in rock.Based on the reflection coefficient and the request for the relative value of stress difference in specific tests, the minimum transmission times to satisfy stress equilibrium can be checked by using this look-up table. On this basis, examining the relationship between rock density, velocity and the minimum transmission times, the velocity of the rock core samples plays a very significant influence to reflection coefficient and the maximum length of rock sample. The results show that, there is a quadratic function relationship between the wave velocity of rock with the maximum length of sample. Before SHPB experiments on rock, testing the velocity of the rock and according to this quadratic function relationship, the maximum length allowed of rock sample can be calculated,which provides a reference method to determine the sample size for specific test condition.
