摘要

为探索基于声发射技术的两点板条螺栓连接结构连接状态的辨识,以累计能量参数为基础,提出了声发射相对当量能量指标(REE),以便更有效地进行螺栓连接状态的辨识。声发射REE参量可消除声发射测试参数受振动时间等环境因素的影响,综合考虑了能量和振铃计数等声发射参数,可以更准确地辨识螺栓连接结构的连接状态。

Abstract

Based on acoustic emission (AE) technology to identify the connecting states of two-bolt connected structures, the relatively equivalent energy (REE) parameter is proposed on the basis of accumulative energy. The REE based on comprehensive consideration of Energy and Ring count of AE parameters, can eliminate the time of vibration and other environmental factors of AE test. It can be used to identify the connecting status more effectively.
