摘要

精确提取结构模态参数是爆炸复合结构结合状态识别的重要基础,本文提出一种基于双树复小波变换(DTCWT)和Laplace小波相关滤波相结合的爆炸复合结构模态参数识别方法。利用DTCWT的抗频带混叠特性,对多模态混叠振动响应信号进行模态分离,得到一组单模态分量;将DTCWT与Laplace小波相关滤波提取模态参数法相结合,实现爆炸复合结构的模态参数提取。将该方法应用于爆炸复合管的实验数据,精确提取了其固有频率和阻尼比,精度明显高于直接Laplace小波相关滤波法。将该方法应用于生产线上不同结合状态的爆炸复合管,有效提取了不同状态管道的模态参数。

Abstract

Accurate extraction of modal parameters is an important basis for identification of explosive composite structures interface state. A new modal parameter identification method for explosive composite structures based on Dual-Tree Complex Wavelet Transform(DTCWT) and Laplace wavelet correlation filtering is proposed. With the resistance band aliasing effects of DTCWT, the multi-modal vibration response signal is decomposed into a set of single mode signals, and then the modal parameters of the explosive composite structures are extracted by Laplace wavelet correlation filtering method from the single mode signals. The proposed method is validated by the experimental data of explosive composite pipe, and then the natural frequency and damping ratio of the pipe are extracted accurately. Furthermore , the precision of the proposed method is better than that of Laplace wavelet correlation filtering directly. The proposed method is applied to explosive composite pipes of different interface state on the production line, and the modal parameters are extracted effectively.
