摘要

对于常规钢筋混凝土梁柱节点,经常出现梁纵筋在节点内紧密排列、左右交错而导致混凝土浇筑困难的情况。相交的梁纵筋处于同一标高,往往需要对梁纵筋进行弯折处理。这既给施工带来了不便,又使构件的受力性能受到影响。本文提出一种新型的钢筋混凝土梁柱节点构造方式,即钢套箍钢筋混凝土梁柱节点。按此节点构造方式制作了2个钢筋混凝土梁柱组合体试件,进行低周反复加载试验。分析了其节点区抗剪承载力、破坏特征、滞洄耗能等性能。并采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行了补充分析。结果表明建议的节点构造方式不仅能够极大地方便节点部位的混凝土施工,并且具有良好的承载能力和抗震性能。

Abstract

Ordinary RC beam-column joint is the place where the longitudinal bars of beams meet and cross each other, which often makes the joint so crowded that the concrete is hard to be cast and vibrated . Furthermore, since the longitudinal bars from different directions are at the same level, some of them have to be bended to avoid running into the others. These questions not only bring difficutlty to the consctruction, but also cause impact on the behavior of the component. This paper suggested a new type of RC beam-column joint, i.e. steel-hoop RC joint. Two steel-hoop RC beam-column joints were made, and with which pseudo-static tests were carried out under cyclic loading. The shear capacity, failure modes, and ductility, as well as energy dissipation of the two joints were studied. Several FEM models were established and analyzed with ABAQUS. The results show that the suggested new type of RC joint can significantly improve the convenience of concrete construction, and achieves good performance of bearing capacity and seismic behavior
