摘要

大面积双金属材料加筋板,具有重要工程应用价值,但是难以用常规加工工艺生产,也难以采用爆炸焊接加工。本文以316L不锈钢面板和碳钢Q345R筋板为试验材料,提出一种新的凸台式装药模式,在装药形式、支承模板设计以及焊接参数等方面进行了深入研究和优化,运用爆炸焊接技术,成功制备了一种较大面积双金属材料加筋板;并对其进行了剪切强度测试、金相观测、扫描电镜和显微硬度测试,结果表明:焊接结合面为波状界面,结合区域的晶粒被拉长变细,显微硬度显著升高,界面结合强度超过母材中强度较低者。
 

Abstract

In this study, an experimental set-up was designed for manufacture of a bimetallic rib-reinforced plate. There are three key sections in the fabrication process including the mold filling, the form of explosive charge and the welding parameter optimization. The bonding interfaces of the rib-reinforced plate were observed and analyzed by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanics testing. It is found that the welding interfaces are micro wave; and grains near the interface are lengthened, microharness of the grains is higher than other erea; the interfaces have a high strength compare with that of parent metal.
