把柴油机机脚螺栓连接简化为双弹簧模型,将其与设备一起简化为单自由度系统,结合等效弹簧的柔度曲线规律,设定了机脚螺栓连接的冲击失效判据,并建立了系统的冲击动力学方程。在这一过程中找到了一种快速判断机脚螺栓连接抗冲击性能的方法。
Abstract
Double-spring model of bolted joint was introduced to the model of engine bracket bolt, the system was considered as one freedom system. Taken into account the effect of interface opening to the elastic behavior of the bolted joint, we find disabled criterion of bolt connect under impact load. And build dynamics equation of system. Then find a quickly shock limited load computation method for engine bracket bolt.
