摘要

机械设备中零件松动的碰撞质量估计一直是个困难问题,从而影响设备的故障诊断,尤其在核电站运行中的状态监测。针对目前算法误差大,估计一致性差的问题,本文在实验基础上,采用小波能量谱方法对不同冲击质量进行估计,并通过线性插值建立碰撞质量尺度峰值函数。实验结果表明,该方法估计误差小、一致性好和抗干扰能力强等特点,具有较好的工程实际应用价值。

Abstract

The collision mass estimation of loose parts in the mechanical equipment has always been a difficult problem. It will influence the diagnosis of the equipment failure, especially while monitoring the condition of nuclear power station. Due to the imprecise algorithm and poor consistency of the estimation, the method of wavelet energy spectrum is used to estimate the mass of the different impact and establish a collision mass scale peak function based on the experiment. The experimental result shows that this method has a better practical value in engineering applications because of its precise estimation, good consistency and strong anti-interference ability.
