摘要

利用分离式霍普金森压杆技术，研究了高温及高应变率对网篮组织TC21钛合金动态压缩性能和绝热剪切敏感性的影响。结果表明：在相同温度（25-350℃）下，材料具有一定的应变率增强、增塑效应，但450℃表现出应变率软化现象；在相同应变率下，动态抗压强度随着环境温度升高而降低；当应变率为2000s-1、3000s-1时，试样均发生剪切失效，且随环境温度升高，试样的绝热剪切敏感性提高，剪切带宽度增加。

Abstract

Effects of high temperature and high strain rate on dynamic compression performance and adiabatic shear sensitivity of TC21 titanium alloy with basket-weave microstructure were studied using the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB). Results showed that under the same temperature (25-350 ℃), the material has a certain strain rate strengthening and plasticizing effect; under 450 ℃, it has strain rate softening phenomenon; under the same strain rate, its dynamic compressive strength decreases with increase in temperature; when the strain rate is 2 000 s-1 and 3 000 s-1, all specimens have shear failure; with increase in temperature, specimens’ adiabatic sensitivity grows and their shear band width increases.
