基于Lighthill声类比理论的喷水推进泵不稳定流动诱导噪声的数值研究

摘要

喷水推进泵内部不稳定漩涡流态对舰船推进系统的稳定性和噪声具有重要的影响，为了研究多工况下的流动特性及流致噪声机理，采用了计算流体力学(CFD)与计算声学（CA）耦合数值模拟的方法，针对喷水推进泵的不同的运行工况进行了精细化非定常数值模拟，并与实验结果进行了验证。基于非定常数值模拟结果，将叶轮表面旋转偶极子与导叶表面固定偶极子的CGNS数据作为声源，采用BEM法开展了一系列的内声场及外声场声振耦合计算。研究结果表明:喷水推进泵压力脉动的幅值从叶轮进口处到导叶出口处逐渐减小；在额定工况下，喷水推进泵内部的压力脉动系数的最大值都出现在一阶叶频附近，叶片通过率是幅值的主要影响因素；随着流量工况减小，一些监测点在低频范围内的压力脉动超过一阶叶频处的值，成为主频；随着流量减小，喷水推进泵内部压力脉动幅值明显增大，内声场的声功率级随之上升，外声场声振耦合的声压级也随之增大，且呈现出明显的偶极子特性，本文的研究结果为舰船喷水推进泵的低振低噪设计和运行提供了理论基础。

Abstract

The unsteady flow in a water jet pump has an important influence on the stability and noise level of a ship propulsion system.In order to study the flow characteristics and the principle of flow induced noise under multiple operating conditions, the methods of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and computational acoustics (CA) were used to simulate the operation of the water jet pump, and the existing experimental results of external characteristics were verified.The calculation results are in good agreement with the experimental data, which verifies the reliability of the numerical calculation.The numerical simulation on the unsteady flow of the water jet pump was carried out by using the SST turbulence model, and the CGNS files, where the rotating dipole on the impeller surface and the fixed dipole on the guide vane surface were used as the sound source file.The BEM method was used to calculate the interior sound filed and the acoustic and vibration coupling of the external sound field.The results of the simulation show that the amplitude of pressure fluctuation of the water jet pump decreases gradually from the inlet of the impeller to the outlet of the guide vane.Under the designed operating condition, the maximum value of the pressure fluctuation coefficient in the water jet propulsion pump appears at the blade pass frequency.With the decrease of flow rate, the pressure fluctuation at some monitor points in the low frequency range exceeds the value at the blade pass frequency.And with the decrease of flow rate, the amplitude of pressure fluctuation and the acoustic power of interior sound field increase, and the sound pressure level of acoustic and vibration coupling in external sound field also increases and shows obvious dipole characteristics.The research provides a theoretical basis for the low vibration and low noise design and operation of water jet pumps.

