负泊松比材料填充矿用救生舱热力耦合冲击性能研究

摘要

矿用救生舱是煤矿瓦斯、煤尘爆炸事故时，保护煤矿工人的重要应急避险装备。需要救生舱舱体能抵抗冲击波、石块的冲击，且具有优异的隔热性能。通常设计矿用救生舱时，都是增加构件厚度或对救生舱结构进行优化，研究性能已经开发优化到了瓶颈。而本文采用负泊松比材料填充进矿用救生舱夹层内，利用其轻质化、隔热、隔振和抗冲击性能优良的特点，提升整体救生舱的抗冲击能力和隔热能力。通过爆炸瞬态热分析、热力耦合冲击性能分析、碰撞冲击响应分析等来验证负泊松比填充矿用救生舱其优越的安全性能。

Abstract

Mine rescue cabin is an important emergency equipment to protect coal miners in gas and coal dust explosion accidents. The rescue cabin body needs to be able to resist the impact of shock waves and rocks, and has excellent heat insulation performance. In general, the design of the mine rescue cabin is to increase the thickness of components or optimize the structure of the rescue cabin. Research performance has been developed and optimized to a bottleneck. In this paper, negative Poisson's ratio material is used to fill the interlayer of the mine rescue cabin. Make use of its light, heat insulation, vibration isolation and excellent impact resistance characteristics. Improve the impact resistance and heat insulation capacity of the overall rescue cabin. The superior safety performance of negative Poisson's ratio filled mine rescue capsule was verified through explosion transient thermal analysis, thermal coupled impact performance analysis and impact response analysis.
