Abstract:In view of the abnormal vibration of the glass during the door closing of a certain vehicle, a discrete design was carried out for the load when the door was closed, and the vehicle and bench test were designed. Then, the finite element model of the left front door of the vehicle was established, and the discrete load was taken as the input of the finite element model. Based on the transient finite element method, the vibration of the lower glass of the door was predicted, and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing with the test value. The results show that this paper verifies the feasibility of predicting the vibration response by discretizing the transient impact load of the door closing.
