Abstract:Traditional design method of micro-perforated panel structure is analyzed, some problems are discovered in the method, include some approximate formulas are not exact and some parameters can not be ascertained. These problems lead directly can’t design or got false parameters of micro-perforated panel structure. Complex formula in the design method was expanded to approximate formulas with Taylor formula, the approximate formulas was amended and it’s precision was improved. Calculate correlative expressions, discovers that the half-absorption band is in direct proportion to cavity depth of micro-perforated panel structure, Base on this relationship, ascertain the cavity depth by spatial restrict firstly, then compute other parameters, engineering-oriented design method of micro-perforated panel structure was proposed. For the noise of a fan, engineering-oriented design method of micro-perforated panel structure was used, got an absorption coefficient curve which can meet the requirements of design.
