Abstract:Based on the principles of nonlinear vibration isolation, the hardening nolinear vibration isolation device was designed, which carries out the experimental study for a nonlinear vibration isolation system with a kind of steel, rubber as the isolating element to obtain the system’s chaotic characteristic parameter range. The mechanical properties of the device parameters were obtained by experiment. And obtained by numerical calculation of the dynamic behavior of the device model. The result shows that the bechvior of the device from the period bifurcation into chaotic state gradually, Line spectrum from a single spectral structure into a broadband spectral structure, and the chaotic vibration isolation’s insulation performance is preferable for line spectra isolation.
