Abstract:According to continuity and smooth of vibration signal, distortion signal can be restored with the neighboring signal. By studying on physical property of the heat conductivity equation, signal restored method based on the partial differential equation (PDE) is proposed. The basic principles of the linear and nonlinear PDE restored methods are discussed. Because there is an involved end effect with empirical mode decomposition (EMD), the results of EMD decomposition have a serious distortion. Using signal restored method based on PDE, extending end is realized. Experiments show that the method could effectively restore distortion signal, also can process the long time signal, and avoid signal distortions after restored
