摘要

在密集频率情况下,针对经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)容易产生模态混叠的问题,本文研究了基于频率调制经验模态分解(Frequency Modulated Empirical Mode Decomposition,FM--EMD)振动信号处理方法。该方法可以较好地分解相对密集频率的弱非线性信号,得到物理意义相对明确的本征模函数(Intrinsic Mode Function, IMF)。通过数值仿真证明了该方法的有效性。利用频率调制经验模态分解方法对故障轴承振动信号进行分析,准确地确定了故障类型。

Abstract

In view of the mode mixing problem in processing dense frequency signals, associated with the Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD)method, a new method of vibration signal processing, Frequency modulated empirical mode decomposition (FM-EMD) method, is proposed in this paper. The mode mixing problem when processing nonlinear signals with dense frequencies is solved. The physical meaning of the identified intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) is improved. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by numerical simulations. With frequency modulation empirical mode decomposition method to analyze the vibration signal of fault bearing, Practical examples show that the diagnosis approach put forward in this paper can identify bearing fault patterns effectively.
