Abstract:A system of structural dynamical equations of the Bernoulli-Euler cantilever beam with gyro effects was established, using the Hamilton Variant Principle, to simulate the wing-mounted engine/wing system. The me-chanism of coupling effects of the rotor to the structure was analyzed based on the basic theory of gyroscopic mo-ment. The effects of the rotor to the structural dynamical characteristics, with different rotational speeds and struc-tural parameters, were analyzed. This research provided a theoretical foundation for the further study of character-istics of the real wing-engine system, as well as its aeroelastic performance.
