Abstract:Teeth dividing table is divided by meshing between upper and lower tables,which has the highest dividing accuracy in mechanical field. The impact existing inevitably from teeth affects dividing precision when upper and lower tables is meshing. According to dynamics theory, elastic dynamics model of upper and lower tables were developed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, the elastic dynamic response of meshing teeth was analyzed and tested by experiment. Analysis show that, when the falling height of upper table is 1 mm, dividing error is 0.08" while the upper plate falls in the middle position showed in this paper; dividing error is 0.53 " while the upper plate falls from the left side. Experiment indicates that, when the falling height of upper table is 1 mm, dividing error is 0.09" while upper table falls in the middle position; dividing error is 0.55" while upper table falls from the left side. The results show that the impact from teeth become smaller and the dividing precision get higher while the upper table falls in the middle position and the falling height is lower.
